Pete Morgan received his BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and has over 30 years of experience in polymer-goods manufacturing. He has served in executive-level finance and operational roles, making significant contributions in fundraising, financial planning, compliance, manufacturing process optimization, and ERP implementations. His career includes positions at Rip Curl, Quicksilver, and Arctic Foam.
